Give Away Rules
**Massey Plumbing Inc. Facebook Giveaway Rules**
- **Eligibility:** The giveaway is open to residents of Massey Plumbing’s service area of North and South Carolina, aged 18 or older, who follow Massey Plumbing Inc.’s Facebook page.
- **Giveaway Item:** The giveaway item will be installed by Massey Plumbing Inc. as a simple installation. If other issues arise the free installation does not include any fabrication or altering to install giveaway item.
- **Giveaway Period:** The giveaway will run from October 24th to November 9th. All entries must be received by 11:59P M to be eligible.
- **Entry:** To enter the giveaway, participants must follow Massey Plumbing’s Facebook page. Participants may only enter once.
- **Service Area:** Participants must reside within Massey Plumbing Inc.’s service area to be eligible for the giveaway.
- **Prize Conditions:** The giveaway prize is not valid for cash or exchange. It is non-transferable and must be claimed within [Specify Claim Period, e.g., 30 days] of the announcement of the winner.
- **Winner Selection:** The winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries November 10th. The winner will be announced on Massey Plumbing Inc.’s Facebook page.
- **Contacting the Winner:** Massey Plumbing Inc. will attempt to contact the winner via Facebook direct message. If the winner does not respond within 3 days, a new winner will be selected.
- **Publicity:** By entering the giveaway, participants grant Massey Plumbing Inc. the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes.
- **Liability:** Massey Plumbing Inc. is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages related to the use of the prize or participation in the giveaway.
- **Privacy:** Personal information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.
- **Rule Changes:** Massey Plumbing Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time for any reason.
